Feeling burnt out? At a crossroads? Let's make art about it.

I guide people through life's transitions using creative workshops, ritual, and soul-centered art-making. If you're navigating change, grief, or simply need to reconnect with yourself, there's space for you here.

You’re stretched thin and searching for something more

Maybe you’re a nurse facing burnout. An empty nester rediscovering who you are. A professional in recovery, awakening spiritually. Someone who left corporate life and is wondering what's next.

You know your enneagram number, dabbled in tarot, and consider yourself more spiritual than religious. You buy organic (mostly) but grab chicken nuggets after stressful meetings. You're smart, caring, and somewhere between existential dread and secret dreams of becoming a burlesque dancer or lion tamer.

You value peace of mind, friendship, and integrity. But right now you're dealing with:

  • Aging parents or adult children struggling with the tough stuff of life

  • Loneliness and longing for connection

  • The gap between who you are and who you want to be

  • Feeling powerless about the state of the world

You've been treading water. Now you want to flourish.

What You’ll Leave With

A sense of "yes, I can" that comes from creating with your hands.

Practical tools for resilience you can use on your own.

The confidence to follow your calling, whatever that means for you.

And connection - to yourself and to others who care about what matters.

Hi, I’m Michelle

I'm a teacher, artist, and certified spiritual director. I believe creativity is for everyone and that expressing the tough and tender of life through art makes the world a better place.

My training includes:

  • BA, MA, and Master of Divinity (MDiv)

  • Certified Spiritual Director

  • Jewish Studio Process Facilitator

  • UCLA Social Emotional Healing Arts Certificate

  • Paint Fearless Mentorship Program

My practice includes:

  • Daily photo practice for over 10 years

  • Writing group three times a week for 5+ years

  • Guiding hundreds of folks exploring things that matter with words, ritual, and presence

  • Two decades mentoring graduate students

I've lived in a castle, told stories on stages small and large, and survived the Blizzard of '78 (IYKYK). Big life learnings came from reading tarot cards on the beach in Maine, exploring sacred text and art therapy in Berkeley, and weaving textiles in those lockdown days.

My superpowers include intuition and ritual making. Metaphors and meaning-making are languages I know well. I'm sharp and serious, but I don't take things too seriously. And if I can connect you with a better resource, I will.
